Truth Hair is an independent hair salon in Chorlton, Manchester. We offer hair styling and beauty services to our clients.

The personal data we collect and process

As a salon, we only process basic customer information to enable us to efficiently process appointment. We endeavor to keep this information accurate and up to date, and not keep it longer than is necessary.

This data is used in two main ways.

In order to provide our service effectively and ensure the best service, we need to collect and process the following personal data when you make your initial appointment.

  • To send you SMS reminders about an upcoming appointment
  • To contact you should your appointment need to be re-arranged

How long do we process your data for?

We will only process your personal data whilst you are a client. After five years of inactivity we will close the client record and dispose of the data securely.

 Your rights as a data subject

You can do that by calling the salon on 0161 881 8586. If we do hold information about you we will:

  • tell you why we are holding it
  • tell you who it could be disclosed to; and
